• Orders can be placed online, by telephone, email or post

• Payment can be made online by Paypal account or credit card at time of ordering

• Orders placed by any other method can either be paid by cheque or paypal invoice. Please state at time of ordering which method you would like to use. Orders will be despatched after cheque has cleared or Paypal invoice has been paid

• To order by post, simply print off order form below and send to the address on the top of the form, any problems contact us and we will be happy to send you copy sales@downlandcrafts.com

Special Orders:

• We do take orders for Handmade Greeting Cards that are not shown on our website, if you would like something specific then contact us and we will do our best to accomodate you

• We also take orders for personalised cards, contact us with the details of what you are looking for and we will give you a quote for the price

• We are also flexible with our Wedding Invitations part of one design can be mixed with part of another design (for example one image from one design and one word plaque from another) whatever you are looking for contact us and see what we can do
• Jewellery designs are less flexible although it is always worth asking. Changes like pierced ears to clip-on fittings are always possible for a small charge
• The main thing to remember is - If you can't see it - ASK!
